My small kid wants to learn English in the USA

My ten year kid is heading for the USA. Presently he lives in a non

English speaking country and wants to learn English in the USA, Kindly guide me as to where can he learn English and what will be

approx. expenses in tuition fees, board and lodging for him and if

pssible, give me web sites, emails,tel. nos. and addresses where I

can contact for my kid's English learning issues. Thanks a lot.
