  1. Muscle weight>?

  2. You probably weigh more than you expect due to healthy muscle.

You can't even consider your weight from 13-25 as any kind of indicator of health as it will fluctuate wildly. Particularly at your age at 13.

You are already right if you are happy and healthy, weight has nothing to do with it.

  3. how can you not look overweight when you weigh 190lbs and are 5 foot 7. Dont kid yourself. Walking up and down your stairs every day and moving from the couch to the refrigerator dont count as exercise.

  4. its probably because your so in shape :p

since your so athletic your probably have a lot of muscle

    muscle weighs more than fat

    (:

  5. You probably have a high muscle mass and are well hydrated, muscle and water weigh a lot.  If you're concerned, you could have your body fat percentage measured, I would recommend getting it done at a hospital or medical clinic to get an accurate measurement.  A normal body fat % for an adult woman is 15% - 25%, but it might be slightly different for a younger person.  Ask your doctor.

Many professional athletes would be considered "overweight" if you only go by their height and weight.  That is because they have more muscle than the average person.

Don't compare yourself to other people, or believe that you have to be a certain weight.  The fact that you weigh more is actually an indicator that you are healthy, with lots of lean muscle, and are well hydrated.  Your bones are probably dense and well calcified, too.  Stop weighing yourself.  If you want, you could start taking your measurements, for example, bust, waist and hips.  Or, you could do more, like neck, bust, biceps, waist, abdomen, hips and thigh.  Just keep track of your measurements if you want to keep track of something, but don't go by the scale.  Go by how you look and feel, and by how your clothes fit.  And remember that you may still get taller, too.

  6. you have alot of muscle mass its not bad or anything although the muscle thing is a guess cause you talked about sports

  7. as long as your happy with your body thats all that matters not whats on the scale

  8. Muscle mass?

    Muscle weighs more than fat.

  9. Don't look overweight? Pics or get the **** out.

  10. if you look great then what is the problem?

  11. Never drink soda and drink a ton of water. Take all snacking out of your diet.

  12. If you look good, and you feel good, what does it matter?

  13. Doesn't sound like anything's wrong-maybe you have heavy bones, or your scales don't work, but as you're only thirteen, fit, healthy and happy why worry-you are probably growth spurting,or about to-don't worry, be happy.....

  14. Maybe you are big boned?

    Slow metabolism?

Don't worry about your weight at that age, just be yourself and keep doing what your doing.

There is no right answer to this question, since it is not wrong to weigh 190 Pounds, or any number for that matter.

    : )

  15. uh either it's your musles becuz you play alott of sports

    OR

    its because your tall .

some people like my friend looks like she's 100 pounds but she's 120 . she's short too, so yeah . some people just look skinnier .

  16. If you don't look over weight, what are you concerned about?  If you are fit and in good shape, your weight should not matter.  Muscle has more density and weighs more than fat, therefore if you are in great shape, it's possible that you may weigh more.
