My small window a/c is tilted but does not seem to drain?

Window a/c's can get clogged with dirt/debris in the pan, critters like to build nests in the fall and winter, you can unplug the a/c, take the inside cover off and then pull the compressor fan unit out to clean it up with a hose.  Just be sure not to get the electronics/controls on the front wet.

Drain hose or hole could be clogged. Try fishing a wire into it.
