so to sum up this question,

How can you tell if your snail is dead?

Will the other fish eat him?/ is it bad for the other fish to eat him?

why is he floating, (if hes not dead)?

  1. they float so the wind can move them to a better place where food is more plentiful.

  2. no he is not dead, he is sleeping, they can sleep for days. A dead snail will sink and if you pick it up, all its guts will fall out. Gross. You can test to see if he is dead by pulling on the trap door, if the snail pulls back he is alive, if he does not, he si dea.=(

  3. no he is swimming

  4. I really have no idea in why that snail is even floating, maybe he rant out of sticky glue. Well, i haven't seen Gary float for no reason above the water....
