My snowboarding season is over, how good of an alternative is freebording?

hey i live in North Carolina so my snowboarding season is over. I will be wake-boarding a ton this summer . Though i've heard about these freebords which is supposedly snowboarding on concrete? anyone know how close it is to snowboarding and if it would make a good alternative over the summer or if i should stick with wakeboarding?

stick 2 snowboardin and then do the wakeboarding cause free boarden is nothin like either of the other sports u like it suck's and it is a pretty boaring thing 2 do

Try kiteboarding. It rocks . Takes all the elements  of wakeboarding & snowboarding ,add a bit of wind & blow your mind. Plus , you can also take the kite out on to snow for a whole new dimension to snowboarding.

Freeboarding? Is that like Street Surfing? If so then I definitely recommend it. I have whats called a Wave Board. It is just like snowboarding, it just requires a lot more hip movement. You just need to find a large hill and you can carve it up like a mountain slope. It's fun to use and do tricks on and it keeps you in shape.
