My son 10year old wears goodnites and doesnt take them off till 12:00 and gets up at 8:30 WHAT SHOULD I DO

tell him that he cannot come out of his room or eat breakfast, etc til he is dressed in real clothes. My son is 12 and we constantly tell him he cannot sit around in them...he smells horrible.

truthfully the boxer ones are exactly the same except they have a paper boxer short over them.

you could also tell him that the wet goodnites could give him a rash and then he would smell like pee AND have to have his mom put diaper rash cream on him (and all his friends would be able to smell that too)

This isn't serious, is it?  When does he go to school?  Doesn't he go to the toilet in the morning after waking?  He's 10.  Make him wear regular underpants and if he wets the bed, make him clean up and do the laundry.  At 10 he's old enough to take responsibility.  But I think this may be a troll question.
