  1. Like they say everything in moderation. Also does green tea have caffeine in it? A lot of teas do, I would check on that.

  5. Green tea is VERY healthy for him. Not only will he continue to love it in the future, he will benefit from it in the long run. It's so much better than sugary drinks like pop. You're a great mother for having him love it. Kudos!

  7. At 6, a small portion of tea would probably be safe, I would definitely check with his pediatrician. Maybe one of those fancy little Japanese tea cups like they serve you in restaurants. But green tea contains caffiene and tannins. The caffiene can cause irritability, over activity, sleeplessness, etc. The tannins in the tea can prohibit nutrient absorption, such as proteins and fats,  in children.

  8. Green tea contains lots of antioxidants which of course is good. But like all things good, it is only good when not overdone.

    Green tea is said to lower bad cholesterol slowly, but efficiently. It also helps the blood flow smoothly reducing the chances of a blood clot and high blood pressure and it also helps the immune system become more stronger and more efficient towards any threats, such as illness or disease.

    Again, Green Tea is great, so it is good that he enjoys it now, but in moderation. Green tea contains loads of caffeine, and even though those benefits are certainly eye-popping, you wouldn't want his eyes open in the middle of the night because that is a bad bad trend to follow for his future.
