My son's wife has gone back to Turkey to renew her passport. What documents does she need?

She arrived there with only 3 days left, and now says she needs her Turkish Identity Document. Has anyone had to renew their Turkish passport recently, in Turkey, how long did it take, and what documents were required?

Old passport. Birth certificate and or Drivers licence. Er thats it.
