My son ( 6 years) asked me how does it rains??

. I know the scientific reason but Is there any way that i can answer so that he will understand

just tell him that the clouds make it rain, somewhere down the road, you could explain sun showers!

Water evaporates and goes into the air.  At some point, the air has all the water it can hold.  When it gets colder, the air can hold less water.  That means that there's suddenly too much water in the air for the air to hold, so it falls out.
