  1. If he is being tested for Mitochondrial Disease, commonly called "Mito", then join one of the Yahoo! Group Mito Support Groups.

    Go to: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Mit...

The group is filled with parents of children with Mito, and they should be able to give you help finding answers, and general support.

  2. If you are having to give him CPR you should call 911! Definitely seek assistance from a medical professional and explain symptoms so they can get a better diagnosis and treatment.

  3. could be apnea. is it when he sleeps? cause that can be sleep apnea. apnea means to stop breathing or trouble breathing. but if u took him to the docs im sure they would have tested for that already.

  4. I am sorry for your son's problems.  I hope you are giving him mega doses of vitamins.  That seems to be one of the few sure things for this disease.  This web site for the Cleaveland Institute has all the known information about these diseases.  Good luck and God bless.
