My son has a Toshiba Satellite A215 Laptop (Model # PSAFGU-03J002) which we purchased about 4 months ago. The laptop frequently goes to a blank screen w/o warning and the only way to rectify the problem is with a cold reboot. Any suggestions on how to rectify this?Thanks in advance.
