Depending on their condition, a local pawn shop, his school maybe, or even eBay are good ideas.

well it depends how old he is. Usually u start off by liking them and then hating them and then liking them and then hating them. So i suggest you dont sell them. But any kind of card store would be great. I liked them in first grade then hated them until third grade and then hated them again until now...and im going to seventh grade...all my friends are going back to them once they become freshmens in high school...and then you hate them for life...until your early 20s...then you never go back. Its like a curse.
