  1. it does sound kind of early.  Did he fall recently?

  2. My daughter had a loose tooth too at age 2 because she fell on her face. Then it hardens back by itself in a few weeks. No need to worry.

  3. No at this age he shouldn't have a loose tooth. He probably knocked the tooth loose. I would check with a dentist and see if it needs to be pulled.

  4. You should definitely have him check out by your Dr. or dentist. Children's mouths don't grow there adult teeth until there between the ages of 4 1/2-6 some even a little later than that. He may be lacking calcium or other important vitamins. The biggest problem however is that if he looses teeth to early he will have problems with speech, reading and writing.

  5. my son had a loose tooth about a month or two ago, I called to find out what I should do, and his doc said if it wasn't so loose that it's about to fall out, that I shouldn't shake it, and it should reset itself.  It's solid as a rock now.

  6. yes its normal i lost my first tooth when i was only a year and a half. So you can realax and try your best to keep him from playing with it to much. I wish you luck

  7. This is not very normal! You should definitely take him to the dentist and see what they can do because I'm sure this is not very common!
