  1. Roaccutaine is a very effective prescription drug for the treatment of severe acne,.... this is your last resort though as side effects include intense drying of the skin. Can be unpleasant as it also dries the eyes/nose/mouth and skin can start to crack/peel as a result. Try over the counter acne treatments from the pharmacist for 6-8 weeks and if no improvement then see the doctor.

  2. get facials and back facials. there are ones especially designed for bad acne problems.

the pills the dermatologist will give will turn teeth an ugly color; besides, the longterm heath affects are numerous and not the same for everyone. (some longterm heath problems include live damage and blood not clotting)

  3. With widespread acne like this topical preparations are seldom effective. He almost certainly needs a prolonged course of oral antibiotics. Assuming he is over 12 years Lymecycline or minocycline would be the usual choice.

  4. Acne is common on the back, chest, shoulders, and even buttocks of many people. It can be a sign of more severe acne when the lesions are large and painful.Log on to http://tipsfromruby-acne.blogspot.com/ for a few home made tips to heal acne .

  5. Ultra- Strength Clearsil

    Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash

    Neutrogena Oil-Free Body Wash

I used to have acne on my face, back, and shoulders too. When he showers, he should use the body wash and the acne wash. He should use the Clearsil in the morning and before he goes to bed. Hope this helps .

  6. dunno anything about acne soz

  7. Order pro active for him. It works pretty good.

  8. Dermatologist straight away before it gets worse. Pay and go privately - NHS will just give some ridiculous cheap rubbish cream which will never make any difference.

  9. He should go to a dermatologist and get perscription tablets (Roaccuntane, or something like it). It's the only real solution and the acne will be gone forever

  10. I recommend using a tea tree soap bar twice a day. Then after apply Tea Tree Oil. It is natural and the oil is an antiseptic so it kills germs on your skin. It doesn’t dry out my face or clog pores. I have been using it for a few months and my skin is 100% different. Make sure you use it everyday. You will see results in a week. You can buy it at health stores and one brand I use is “Thursday Plantation”. It is about 15$. I highly recommend this practice. Good luck

I think the same treatment will work for both.

  11. you could either go to the dermatologist ... or you can try proactiv

  12. make sure he has a good diet and try to relieve as much stress from his life as possible...

  13. I for sure would take him to see a dermatologist. they specialize in treating this hormonal/puberty issue. Not good for their self esteem. he'll be so much happier when this issue all clears up. The over the counter products are a waste of money.
