  1. Anything scent free.

  2. My 9 month old has the same problem, its under control now thank God, but I use "specially for kids" spf 50 sunscreen spray..it's a green and yellow bottle, it is awesome and it leaves no signs of any irritation at all on his skin, also you will be needing insect repellent, I use Natrapel plus that contains no deet. They both work great for sensitive skin.

You can find them a babies r us.

  3. I would say anything that is water based. I have had eczema since i was a baby (25 years) and I found that water based sunblock is the only kind that does not make me scratch. It is true that most babys grow out of eczema by the age of 5, but not in all cases, I had mine for 25 years and it is severe.

  4. use aveeno brands for sunsceens and other products. that work really well for eczema because a lot of the products have an oatmeal colloidal base that is soothing for eczema.

  5. My son also suffered from eczema as a toddler.  As posted above, the Aveeno products, or anything oatmeal based is great.  Also, just as an fyi and some encouragement, my doctor told me that most kids who have eczema when they are very young will grow out of it by the tme they are 5 - and he was right!  My son stopped having breakouts by the time he was 4.  Good luck and have a great day at the beach!
