molluscum contagisum,is it posible to back that molluscum contagiosum?

This is a viral condition that is usually self-limiting.  It will likely resolve in 4-6 months on its own.  

For the more noticeable or prominent papules, we sometimes will FREEZE them off with a cryo unit.  I don't advise this unless the parents are willing to have their child suffer from the pain for some reason.  So, I try to talk them out of it.
