My son is 1 year old and has four red bumps, They have not gotten bigger but they are in weird spots.

They appeared about one week ago, there is two on his left hand one on his cheek and forhead. I looked it up and can not find what it could be.

This time of year it is probably bug bites. If you have pets, I would say flees.

I personally dont know what they are, but they could be wasp bites or bee stings, or even chicken pox, depending on the size. If they are out of the ordinary, and your child is not itching them, you should go see the doctor for any antibiotic or cream to put on the bumps.
