My son is 100cm how long his skies should be?

They should be about as tall as him.

In general ski should be about nose level.  Skis around 90cm would be right for him

since he is so small, weight wont be much of an issue.  anything close to his hieght or a little smaller will be good because they will be easier for him to control.  around nose hieght or anywhere close would be perfect.

when he gets bigger you will have to make your decision based on his weight more than his hieght.

if you want him to go fast which isn't smart for a young guy like him I would say 95 for faster skis. Go for 87 to 90 for shorter skis. From chin to nose for a young age
