My son is 19 months old and over the past few days i have noticed his one eye is getting smaller i am worried?

my son has had a hard life so far acid reflux since birth and just really behind in physical and mental growth and now the past few days his eye has been looking like smaller or like maybe its the eyelid not openin as far if anyone has any ideas of what it could be it would be greatly appreciated

To answer your question, I've never heard of that...But, this seems to be the type of question you should ask his doctor, not a bunch of strangers...

i would call his DR. if you have a good doctor, and knows your son's history you maybe able to do an over the phone appointment.. other wise i would make him an appointment and have his eye checked out. there could be something wrong with it or it might be turning into a lazy eye. either way i would have it checked out. your DR may refer you to a Peds eye dr to find out what is going on thou.

possibly allergies. My daughters eye was swollen earlier in the season. We gave her benadryl and it cleared up. Good luck
