  1. He is just a little toddler and can't hit everyone where you tell him what until he is 5 or something because my daughter is 2 and i don't push her into baseball but she hits where she wants.

  2. I believe you are thinking about you and not about your son. You're probably already thinking he might become this great player and get you retired early.  Give the kid a break, let him enjoy playing.  If you try this hard at this early age, by age 8 he'll be tired of baseball and not play again.  Let him be a kid.

  3. Wait until he's 3 (or maybe 8!) and work with him then.  He's two for pete's sake.  Be thankful he can even hit the ball at that age.

  4. it's already too late, this is something they should have down by the time they're 3-4 months old!!!!! Give up on this kid, & go have another one, maybe he will be able to do it.

I hope my sarcasm comes through here!!!!!!!!

  5. He's not a pull hitter he's a toddler.

  6. He's two and a HITTER...period..that's awesome. How many 2yr olds can hit at all? Besides, look at all the MLB players that are dead pull hitters. They still make lotsa cash!  He'll become a much better hitter and probably be able to hit to all fields, by the time he stops crapping his diapers.

  7. You have to be kidding me. You'll have him hating baseball and you, too, with that approach. The little guy is 2. Let him have fun. You can live your fantasies through him when he gets old enough for little league.

  8. have him scoot towards the pitcher

or give him a heavier bat

  9. Utter Chaos is right

  10. Be thankful he can hit a ball. You shouldn't work with him ne more right now besides teaching him how to read a pitch that's coming out of a pitchers hand. Teaching your son that a walk is as good as a hit is VERY important.

When he's 14 try giving him a heavier bat & waiting a little longer on the ball. If he waits a bit then swings it should go opposite field.
