  1. Honestly, I have cared for many toddlers and have heard the parents complain of their babes doing this, but have never seen them do this in my care.  It's almost as if they "know" they can't do this anywhere but home!

Personally, I wouldn't make too big a deal of it.  I have always let my children have some "naked time" at home.  They DO grow out of it.  If they did this constantly, I would simply put their clothes back on nonchalantly.  I never wanted them to get the notion that their body was something to be ashamed of, but as they got older I always discussed what was "appropriate" or not.  They got the idea.

  2. if its a constant thing..then I would try to start potty training...my 17 month old has taken his dipe off here and there for the last month but is nowhere ready to potty train yet...and as soon as he starts doing it more often I will start trying to get him to potty train but not pushing him..

have you tried to put the dipe on backwards?? and then keeping pants/shorts on him?

  3. He does it because he figured out how to.   Plus he gets extra attention from you.   Don't let him see you get rattled, or he'll only do it more often.

  4. well if he is able to get off onesies and such try other articles of clothing

overalls or something he cant get off easily

hopefully he will start going to the potty or letting you know he has to and you wont have this problem at all
