  1. let him do it all he wants, if he gets made fun of in kindergarten he'll stop, but if you tell him to he probably won't.

  2. It's normal, but if he's doing it all the time (like in public) constantly then just a gentle reminder. I used to say "Honey leave your jewels". Now my boy is 7 and he occasionally still explores now I say "honey, leave it along, it'll grow just fine without your extra help".

Make it light, and although I don't have a problem in innocent child hood exploration, the folks at the super market don't really want to see him going for it.

  3. Tell him that whatever food he puts into his mouth also feeds his p***s.

  4. LMAO

My son will play with his while on the potty. He is almost 3. Its okay. Just remind him that it is private and not a toy. Write that down in his baby book for laughs later.

  5. it is natural for a boy to explore his body and if he does not stop this by school talk to a docter

  6. My son is two he does the same thing.. I had him to his two year check-up,and the doctor just stood there and watched. She said,It's amazing what they do." So I think "it's a boy thing" Men adjust themselves!

  7. he will soon outgrow this. You should never make him feel like its a bad thing or he will learn to feel ashamed of his body. The simplest thing to do is to teach him to learn the appropriate places to "play" with it at such as only in his room and the bathroom.

  8. chill.   My teenage boys tell me now to "chill-axe". lol.

I had to laugh because my mother in law used to call it a "birdie"...  she had 5 boys and I USED to think she was "crazy".. now I know that she just had 5 boys!  lol.

Really, check to make sure he's not bothered down there with any inflammation. It could be bothering him a little.  If not, just know that he has just discovered his little winky and is playing with it - it feels funny.  I used to tell my boys to be careful, because they could hurt it and change the subject to the job at hand ...omg...   But, it should go away after a bit when he finds some other things more interesting,  but the infatuation never really goes away. (jk)(kinda:)

  9. Let it go. However, you might want to gently talk to him about not doing it in public. That is a fine lesson to learn at 3 (that there are behavior we do in public and in private...I'm sure we teach our kids not to belch or f**t in public, but we often let it go at home).
