My son is 8 months old and is grinding his teeth really really bad! To the point his top tooth has an arch!!?

I need help he can't keep grinding his teeth down! what can I do to stop him??

hes grinding hes tooth when he's asleep because he's experiencing the growing of he's tooth. He maybe is having another tooth that's why he's grinding it. In short the grinding of he's teeth during sleep is caused by the new developed teeth that might come out the next month or week.
