  1. There has to be more to the story than that. I'm sure they didn't just randomly pick your son out to harass everyday. Hes had to have done something to cause them to mistrust them in the past.

  2. You've left a lot out here.  What were the reasons they gave.  Why did they suspect him in particular.

Teachers don't gang up on particular students.  They just don't have the time for that kind of nonsense.  Maybe you should consider some counseling for your child to address the issues he seems to have or at least to determine if there are any issues and get yourself some professional backup to go back to the school if the charges are groundless.

  3. Most definately, fight for your son's rights. Good luck darl.

  4. i guess you could call it abuse, this will stay with child for the rest of his life. it could be that the teacher does not like your son. you may want to have him moved to another class. my oldest son had a teacher who didn't like him. she sent all kinds of bad notes home, i changed him out of her class and never had a problem again.

and for your question should you seek leagal advice,i don't see where it would hurt. i know how it feels when someone is putting your child down, it's not cool. a lawyer would know what to do. it might be a good thing.

  5. if you can, i would enroll your son in a different school if i was you. i hope this all works out.

  6. if i where  you  i would  definitely  call the  principal and if  he or she does nothing  go to the school  board  and  explain  it to them ,  don't forget always  bring  facts  and  documents   signed

by the teacher saying  that  he or she  as searched your child  for what ever reason  and what they found, if they found anything , and if they didn't find anything what reason  was this search  done , if the school board doesn't do anything then  consider legal action .

  7. Yes they are wrong.
