  1. It works the other way around. You need to go through immigration.

  2. You can't get American citizenship from your son, not at any age.  What you can do is immigrate legally and get on the path to citizenship.  That means you must learn some of our history, our language (from the way you write you must already know English quite well) and pass a test.  I believe it is an approximately 5 year process.  Then you will swear allegiance to the United States and we will welcome another citizen to our country.

  3. your son cannot transfer his US citizenship, the parents are the one who give the citizenship the the children, your son may sponsor you,to help out;

    A lawful permanent resident is a foreign national who has been granted the privilege of permanently living and working in the United States. If you want to become a lawful permanent resident based on the fact that you have a relative who is a citizen of the United States or is a lawful permanent resident, your relative in the U.S. will need to sponsor you and prove he/she has enough income or assets to support you, the intending immigrant(s) when in the United States. For an overview of the types of immigrant visas available under immigration law, please see

    go to this site of the USCIS and read about petition to sponsor a family member:

  4. Your son won't be able to file an immigrant visa petition until after he turns 21. Until that time, he won't be a factor in helping you emigrate to the US at all. If he does file a petition for you, then if it and the immigrant visa are approved, you would be able to go to the US and get a green card. It would take another five years after that before you would be able to apply for US citizenship.
