  1. It depends on what operating system he is using.  Windows Vista has some parental controls in Control Panel.  I believe administrator accounts can track what sites   Windows XP does not have these features, but you can buy a 3rd party program that will give you this.

WIFI should have nothing to do with this issue.

  2. open Internet Explorer, then  go to tools then Internet Options

click on setting  and click on View Files then you can find temporary file.

  3. I can only guess why you want to check what sites he's visiting, but if he's doing what you think he's doing....he's probably got enough sense to go to tools before he logs off, and erase History

  4. Try Ctrl H

  5. yeah you can, just go get some wifi hacking software. easier to check his browsing history though.

  6. Depends on your Wireless Access Point/Router.

Most decent ones have logging software either on them, or that you can load on to your computer.

This will log what is being done by the router.

You may only have the information by IP address, but you can always spot check a few of the IP's by typing them into the address bar.

  7. it depends wat kind of router u have if u have a net gear (wat i have) u can check wat he's been on if u dont have it wen he's out side and left his comp. on just check then

  8. You can check out his browsing history on his laptop. Otherwise, you can monitor the IP's he is visiting from the router and map them to URL's.

    or

in his laptop use the keyboard shortcut            Ctrl+H

  9. You can check out his browsing history on his laptop. Otherwise, you can monitor the IP's he is visiting from the router and map them to URL's.

Better yet, talk to your son about his internet usage. Snooping rarely improves a child/parent relationship. He might give you some grief, but he is more likely to trust you in the long run.

  10. Open your web browser and then click history from the options in the toolbar, or use a keyboard shortcut, Ctrl+H, A sidebar will appear and it will show all the websites that he visited the whole week, unless he changed the properties of your computer.

  11. I would recommend downloading a program called TightVNC. Thats a program to see and control employees computers from my computer. Install the "Server" on his computer and the "Viewer" on yours.

I hope you talk this over with him as if he thinks you are spying it could be damaging to your relationship.
