My son keeps being sick at night but does not have a fever or look unwell?

can anyone help , my 2yr old son is being sick at night but has been fine duing the day and is showing no signs of being unwell.

I have not changed any foods or drinks nor given new ones yet he wakes up being sick and continues todo so thoughout the night,he has no high tem or shows any signs of being unwell, does anybody no if and wot i should give him to help him with this

 over de last few nites my son wakes up around 4am and gets sick...its lumpy cumin up..wen he wakes in de mornin its like as if nothin is wrong,great form all day and evenin,he has his dinner between 5-6 den a juice,no milk b4 bed.dis actually happened wen he was born 2 but wen we changed his formula he was ok...lately we havent changed his food r drinks either....can any1 suggest summit 2do besides de doc cause he'll say its a virus

my 15 month old daughter keeps throwing up at night she has dinner at 4.30-5 milk at 7 then sleep around 8 she is already being treated with gaviscon and ranatadine 2ml twice daily any suggestions seem to hit a brick wall with docs its always a virus, if it is then she has had it for nearly 8 weeks  i think its something else

 my son is doing the same he will be a year on saturday its been going on for a week. he has weetabix for breakfast he just picks at lunch and then he eats all of his dinner. he has his dinner about 5pm then his milk about 7pm then during the night he is sick only the once it is coming up as lumpy as it went down the other night he had dinner at 4.45pm and was sick at 4.30am and it was as if he had only just eaten. ive tried so many different things like- leaving up after an hour after his milk, stopped giving him milk, stopped yogyurts ive tried so many different things but nothings working. he hasnt got a temp he isnt unwell in his self he is just hes normal happy self. please help!

Hi, my 20 month old is like that now, been 2 see 3 different docs, he's been like it for 2 weeks, docs said dont know whats wrong come bk in 2-3 weeks if he's still like it.
