My son last night got his 2nd MIP last night?

the first MIP was 3 weeks ago, he chose probation, now he violated his probation, what will happen when he goes to court next week?

its hard to say depending on your state. they may reinstate his probation ,or he may do alittle time, its hard when your already doing probation then you violate.

He's going to go to juvie for whatever time the judge decides. Probably going to get a few fines. You get cut loose once but twice is when the disciplinary and financial actions come into play.

you need a good lawyer, it depends on the judge....I would recommend some rehab...does he seem sorry? His attitude will have alot to do with what the court decides

Have you considered that he might have a problem? And what have you done? If you just keep bailing him out he will certainly go to $hit. Get some backbone and straighten him out before he kills someone. What are YOU thinking? He should still be grounded from the first one.
