  1. My little brother lost all his front teeth at one time, not long after they first came out. They didn't grow back until he was 12. Crazy huh.

  2. Both of my kids were missing their front teeth for about a year. I wouldn't worry about it.

  3. well u should see a dentist just in case. I think it depends on the growing process of the child. I HOPE I WAS HELP FULL

  4. no don't worry it will come in my son is 7 also he lost his tooth when he was 5 there just now coming in so i wouldn't worry

  5. My niece lost her front two teeth around 8 months ago and they are just now starting to come back in.

  6. 7 year olds sometimes "help" a tooth get loose by wiggling it so much it comes out.  But you can't make the permanent one come down any faster than nature intended.  It could take months, even longer.  Has he ever had xrays at the dentist?  If so, the dentist would surely have let you know if something like "your son has no front permanent tooth" was seen on the xray.

  7. My youngest has had her 2 top teeth missing since right before school started and they are just starting to show through the gum they have not even broken the skin yet. You did not state how long but hers have taken over 6 months now. For some reason the top teeth are taking a lot longer than the bottom teeth did. She just turned 7 and right now has 6 of her 8 front teeth missing it is so cute!

  8. No, his grown-up teeth are just being sluggish.

  9. no, sometimes it takes time for them to come in.

my middle son had his two front teeth knocked out when he was 4. He went without front teeth for 3 years LOL when he got them in it was so weird to see him with teeth there again.

why do you think they made up the song "all I want for Christmas is my two front teeth"? It's because they take longer than any ohers to come in.

  10. I would be. I don't know what "a long time ago" means, but I would be really concerned if that was over a month ago. Don't you take your child to the dentist regularly? My son is 7-1/2 and we have been going to the dentist since he had his first 3 baby teeth.

The dentist will be able to tell you what is going on with your child's tooth. He might also (ours did) pull a couple of teeth because he can see the permanent ones coming in. Also, nowadays they can put a coating on your childs teeth to prevent them from EVER getting a cavity!  That alone is worth the trip.

  11. no my partner was 4 when he lost his and he got his second teeth when hi was 14yrs but don't get worried they will come through
