  1. If he gets into your things and gets himself into trouble, why on earth were you leaving him on his own and don't lock up your things? If he scarred himself im sure that is enough punishment...it is not all down to your child, you have to take some responsibility as well...You don't punish a child for falling down the stairs if you haven't put up a gate, would you!?

Go and see to that scar!

  2. the poor kid got scarred by a hot glue gun! if you must punish him more, don't make it physical.

  3. well, it might help, if at first you only get onto him. if he is old enough to know better, then, you can be a little more forceful. this time, i think getting himself hurt is a good enough punishment, unless you feel otherwise.

    have a great day!!!

  4. uh, how old is your son? did you leave him at home alone? If he is old enough to be left alone, then he should have known better than to be "playing" with a glue gun. Maybe scarring himself with it has been punishment enough.

  5. get a newspaper and roll it up tight and then wack yourself on the head. If you know he gets into your things, you should keep EVERYTHING under lock and key until he learns not to get into things. I keep all my things in bags, cosmetic bags, lock and key,  zip lock whatever I have to do to keep my kids out of my stuff.lock the closet. get a safe. please keep all your aspirins and medications in a camoflage bag or something. keep things high in your closet,

  6. Glue every o*****e on his body shut. Trust me, he won't complain.

  7. Well, he burned himself.  It seems to me that's punishment enough.  My advice is that you not allow your child to wander around a store.  You never know what a child's going to do.  Children don't mean to get themselves in trouble.  It's important to understand that children are naturally inquisitive.  They're finding out about the world and how things work.  And of course you must know that telling a child not to touch things is actually an open invitation for the child to do the exact opposite since the forbidden thing is always the most alluring.  Just keep him with you when you go into a store.
