  1. If its cotton, bleach.  If not you might use a color-safe bleach. After that, might need a fresh shirt.

  2. you should use that tonic (in hindi known as kapdon ka tonic) comes in advertisement

  3. Shirt  white dont know if you can get what they call  Dolly Blue that is what we used to put in our  washing many years ago or put it in a bath of water & scrub it  on a wash board all the best.

  4. Try a little Boric Acid in the wash and see if that works.

  5. Hi.  I'm just asking; could you possibly find a way to get him a new shirt to wear to school?  I know Wal-Mart isn't a "favorite store" to *SOME* people, but it generally has great deals, especially for families on a budget.

If it were me, I would be trying to find a way to get my son a new white shirt for school;  chances are it isn't going to cost a *whole lot* more to get a new shirt at a smaller retail store, than it is to find the perfect 'brightener'.

To answer your question though (since I'm trying to be neutral, LOL) I would try OxyClean.  I'd stay away from bleach, depending on how old your son is.  Some kids' skin doesn't react to bleach very well, even if it's been washed & dryed after the bleaching process.

Like I said above---I'd be doing whatever I had to do to just get him a new *white* shirt.

  6. A lot of people recommended bleach, but I have to warn that bleach will eventually turn things yellow as well as breaking down the material.  I would suggest trying all other options suggested first.

  7. Try RITZ dye remover. They sell it in stores right next to the boxes of dye. I've saved several good white shirts that way.

  8. BLEACH!!!!!!!!!

  9. Bleach it in water and bleach for an hour or two, though this will whiten it too long or too much bleach will destroy it. net whitener stuff works well too x

  10. Try using a brand of diaper soak to both presoak them and wash them in. Then just wash as normal.

  11. They always used to say  "persil washes whiter, and it shows"

  12. I have tried just about everything in the past.  I find the best washing powder is Persil but still whites dull in time.  The other day I added a washing ball 3/4 full with bleach to my white wash (mainly to freshen the machine) and found that the clothes were really white when they came out.  I will be using it occasionally from now on.

  13. BLEACH!

Lots and lots of bleach. That'll make it good and blondie/white. You will have to put up with the smell of bleach but you know...
