Gaming consoles and portables always are pretty much the same price everywhere. For just a PSP, its 169.99 and for an entertainment package like the limited edition blue madden NFL 09 psp which comes with Madden NFL 09 and the psp is blue and those packs are 199.99, which covers you for a psp and one game. The Good games go from 30 to 50 dollars. I would get an enterainment pack and one more game if i was buying a psp for my son's birthday.

definitely ebay and craigslist. they have prices that retail store cant compete against.

well you can buy them on ebay they usually are cheap going from $70 and up new psp usually cost $170 on stores like gamestop but ebay usually are cheap just check the sellers feedback and they should be positive and if they got a refund because many who dont have good feedback or refund might rob you

Depends on what your time limit is.  Keep an eye on Big W, Kmart, and Target as they often put the consoles and games on offer.  EB Games will also price match any console or new games.

Sometimes you can find a new one on sites like eBay and Craigslist. Craigslist usually has the cheapest, and comes with lots of games often. However, they are frequently slightly used. Also, with Craigslist, they are local sellers, so you don't have to pay sales tax because its all under the table.
