  1. an accurate IQ test is individually administered by a psychologist and will take one to two hours. there are plenty of valid tests for children, his age doesn't make any difference. a psychologist will probably charge you anywhere from $200 to $600 (U.S. dollars) for this service.

if you don't want to pay, he can take an IQ test on a website - it will drastically *overestimate* his IQ, suggesting he is smarter than he actually is. this is free and will make him feel really good about himself.

  2. There are many free IO tests on the internet. You can search google and come up with a lot of them...

Normally, IQ tests are designed for people above 16. So make sure that the test adjusts the score according to your child's age to get a more accurate score.

    Normal IQ is 100.

Intelligent people have IQ above 130.

  3. a lot of free iq tests are now on the internet, im not sure if there is an iq test that is short, because in order for you to have better results of your iq test, the longer it is--the better.
