  1. i hope not.

  2. Nope. Not at any reputable police agencies.

  3. No, sorry.

  4. Possibly, drug convictions are ignored where we live.....

  5. possibly, depending on charges,it is possible he can have his record expunged

  6. If he was 18 or over, no way in h**l.  If he was under 18 maybe depending on what the felony was, the circumstances, etc.     +

You should have told us what the felony was, his age then, his age now and what the court findings were if you wanted a real answer.

  7. Bad son!

No. While some misdemeanors may be overlooked, felonies will never be, as felons are not allowed to possess firearms.

  8. I would say no.  Especially since he would not be able to carry a gun.  Even if the gun isn't an issue, most careers in law enforcement require that you not be convicted of a felony.

  9. Unlikely.  As a felon, he cannot possess a firearm and most law enforcement jobs require carrying a gun.  Even if he were not disqualified, and was seeking an unarmed job, like a file clerk, if the department could choose between two candidates, one a felon and one not, they would take the one who is not a felon.

  10. Highly unlikely.

  11. He cannot carry, own or even be in a car where there is a gun!

    No cop job for him.

  12. im sorry to hear your son messed up, now trust me, with that felony hes gonna have to be that much better than anyone else to get a job in law enforcement.
