  1. Sounds like a reason there somewhere.

  2. I find this hard to believe.  What was the reason the police gave you that they won't help? How old is your son? Maybe try contacting your state police and tell them your situation maybe they might be able to direct you in the right direction.

  3. How do you know you son just went with him. What are the circumstances. Did he mistreat him or endanger him or expose him to any type of activity that was illegal? These are the accusations that you have to prove to charge your brother with a crime.

  4. I jsut saw your question & I am not an authority but would call everyone everwhere to get help. Or e-mail. Find other police stations, lawyers, childfind, John Walsh just to see who can help you. I am so sorry you are going through this & hope all is well for you soon...right now look up  World Minstry of Prayer & they will give you an 800 number at there website to call for prayer it will help you feel peaceful & if they ask if they can send you a letter of prayer you can say No. they will not ask anything more than you want to give.

  5. I do not believe you.

  6. Um, riiight.

  7. I don't believe you.

  8. BS!

  9. I would call social services, and the sheriff's department, if the locals won't help.  You can also go to the FBI.

  10. This is too vague.

Why did your brother take your son?

Has he had custody of him before?

Have you had a lot of complaints against you to CPS?

Why can't you just go to his house and take your son back?

Is the reason the police won't help because they know you too well?
