  1. I had the same problem. I have 2 sets of twins. My first set is 4 years old and I breastfed them for 14 months and then they would not have anything to do with cows milk. The good news is now that they are older I can make them drink  their milk! Now my 2 yr old twins ar eat that stage that they wont drink their milk. I too have worried many days about this, but my Dr said that it is ok as long as they eat cheese, yogurt, calcium fortified products like juice etc. and also the Dr told me to give them each a TUMS 1 time a day (cut it in little pieces) and then they will have the recomended calcium intake each day and you wont have to worry because before you know it your child will be old enough so you can make him drink it! Good luck. Remember the tums....

  2. Try differnt flavours like adding nesquick to the milk. My son loves banana. You can also add fruit. If that doesnt work try feeding yoghurt. Its high in calcium and other great stuff. My 14mth son loves yoghurt and cheese is another great dairy product too.

  3. hes an ALIEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. my best friend would put  chocolate in her sons milk and made sure he saw it. Then she slowly weaned him off of the chocolate. Now all he has to do is see her put just a drop in his sippy cup and he will drink the milk.

Or you can try 1/4 cows milk and then go up a quarter each week until it's full of just cows milk. that worked for my kids and they love milk.

  5. I could be that since he is used to breast milk, he just doesn't like the different texture of cows milk that has been processed. Have you tried (bad habit, I know, but I had to do it for my son in the beginning of "regular" milk) putting just a few drops of chocolate syrup, or Ovaltine in his milk? Not the full amount for what you are giving him, but just enough to give it a different flavor? Then you can start putting less and less in until he is drinking just milk? Other than that, I have nothing for ya darlin, except ask you dr for tips. Hood luck!!
