What should I get the kids that are older than 10 yrs to put in their goody bags? I am at a complete loss.. and we really dont want to spend to much on the favors for the kids seeing that we already have spent over $150.00 on the decorations and over $100.00 on food!! We still have not ordered his cake or gotten him any gifts.. ! We figure when its all over and done with we will have spent about $400-$500 dollars on this and we dont want to spend any more than that (not that we were even planning to spend that much.. it just somehow happened this way!). Your help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

  1. go to the doller store n buy big bags of candy its good n cheap!!!

  2. aaaaww! congrats

    sure he's cute...

  3. Yah, you know hes one and your not, so go easy and make it decent but pretty!

    GL and love your son!

  4. Hackey sacks are usually not a bad idea or candy what kind of kid does not like candy

  5. For the girls 10 and over you could get little lip glosses, nail polish, ect. They usually don't cost too much.

For the boys 10 and over try small water guns, action figures, toy cars, ect.

Little water guns would be great seeing as it's going to be hot then.

    Good luck!

  6. kids over 10 still like candy -- and chewing gum -- mints...

you can buy samples of lotions, deodorants and other items like toothpaste and toothbrushes at walmart, i do believe (personal care aisle).

they also make miniature puzzles which are nice... little notepads, pens, markers can also be purchased rather cheaply...

    good luck!

  7. why spend money on something a 1 yrs old wont appriciate or even remember

  8. .Here's what I did for my sons birthday party's:  What you need for each one:  1pack of gum (the 5 stick Wrigley's type)

    1 roll of life savers

    1 Hershey's kiss

    1 Kraft Carmel

    4 peppermint wheels

    1 hot glue gun

lay the gum down flat.  Glue the roll of life savers on to it.  Take the Carmel and glue it on top of the life saver roll at one end, and then glue the Kiss at the other end.  Take the peppermints and twist the ends really tight and then cut off the loose part of the wrapper.  Glue the wheels onto the sides of the gum pack.  And then you have yourself a candy train engine.  Kids love them!!
