LOL, that's funny. I'm sure it's quite annoying after a while. Tell them that for every dotcom they say, you will make them pay for that domain name, they will stop if you really decide to do this.

don't worry about it - he'll crash the habit at some stage - all .com's do. I'm sure he'll grow out of it and then move onto saying "overseas investment properties" which is of course a better investment of his resources.

That was so last year. It's just a phase (sort of like "PSYCH" was a while ago) and he'll eventually grow out of it.
