My sony camcorder DCR-HC30 is unable to record the picture but it is recordig the sound.Is the head needs to be cleaned?or is the other prb.Where can I get it fixed?Someone plz help!!!!!

  1. It might be the heads. But have you tried it on more than 1 tape?? Are you getting any error or warning messages?? Try the Sony support site for any FAQ's on the problem and maybe consult an online representative.
