i cant drag and drop songs or videos or pictures beacause it says that the device has either stopped responding or has been disconnected even though the mp3 says that is connecting usb(mtp)
I just bought a Sony Digital Media Player NZ-A828, and found it said Full already as I was about to charge it. I have plugged it in via USB and it has been displaying Connecting USB (MTP) for hours no matter what I press.I tried the advice of denesbenk, and the only difference is it is now displaying merely "Connecting" rather than "Connecting USB (MTP)",while still refusing to do anything else. While the logo Walkman (F) appears in My Computer, the Walkman is alternating between not being recognized in Windows Media Player 11, and being recognized but displaying an error message when I attempt to sync anything.
