my south african partner has work visa for aussie. can i get spouse visa. with that visa can i eligible to work .

I'm an indian passport holder...how long it will take .please

Not unless you are married.

I'm not sure what country you are talking about, but in the US if you are on a spouse visa you have to be married and can't work.  If you get a work visa you have to stay at that job, if you leave the job, your visa becomes invalid.
