When I do my back bend I dont lower myself from standing pont i bend my knees then go down

is there any halp/stretches,tips you can giv me ? :)

  1. My advice is to just practice on a wall.

    Stand in front of a wall and walk your hands down it into a backbend, then walk your hands back up. Do this as much as you can!
