My speakers keep cutting out

Hi wonder if any1 could help me out ive recently bought new headunit and speakers for my car and when the stereo as been running for about 5-10mins it starts to crackle and slowly lose sound gettin quieter and quiter then i lose all sound but the headunit still says its playin, i tried unplugging the amp see if that was trigging it but still no look so im stook so if any1 got any ideas pls could you help me thx :)

your amp might not be up to it. speak to a specialist though

It sounds like whichever amp that the speakers are connected to(internal or external) is going into overload. It could also be overheating.

If you can, see if you can swap a different head unit in there. If the problem doesn't persist, the head unit will be the culprit.
