Their website has an Online Inquiry system that you can log in to access your account and see your loan balance, though you need to know your SSS number -- if it is not in the online inquiry system, then you need to go to the nearest SSS

SSS is the Philipine Social Security System so you might want to try their web site @ http://www.sss.gov.ph/

Call the social security administration. They would be the only agency or person able to answer you question. Please don't post info like SS# on the Internet. You don't know who might be lurking.
