This person forced their way into my apartment when I first moved in and copied all my keys. Now I have my apartment secured to where no one can get into it even with keys. But I'm noticing that there's hardly any gas in it in the morning and the mileage is different. Other stuff in my car has been messed with and the police just think I'm crazy.

  1. Shoot the b*****d. Then they'll listen.

  2. Have a burglar alarm installed on the car, when it goes off, dial 911 for police, lock and load and go see who it is and hold them there by any means necessary until the police arrives. I think all states should have the "castle law" like Texas has, it would stop a lot of this sort of thing.

  3. there is a kool invention out now called a video camera. If I were you I would check it out.

  4. Try setting up a camcorder to video tape your car.  Most camcorders have a motion detector on it.  One thing you should definitely have is a Low Jack on your car especially if you have a stalker. This way if you and the car come up missing they can find you. Try to stay up during the evening so that once you see your car leave you can call the police and activate the Low Jack.  Change the locks on your car to a key pad entry system.  There are also spy stores that you can purchase small cameras that can be installed inside your car.  Remember to report and keep records of everything and get a restraining order so it's on record.  Make friends with your neighbors because they can help too.  Becareful and good luck.

  5. Video camera. Car alarm.

Stay up with friends and catch him.

    Re-key car.

    Sounds more like an ex.........

  6. You can potentially hire a private investigator to look into the matter for you. If this person is good enough, he can dust your car for prints and perhaps help you position your car so that you can watch it or put a camera on it.

The police aren't going to act unless you can demonstrate to them that a crime has actually occured, so that is your first burden of proof. Get witnesses to verify the odometer reading. Put chalk lines on your tires and on the pavement to verify if the car has indeed moved in the night. Wake up in the middle of the night at different intervals to see if your car is still there. If it's gone, call the police and report it stolen.

By all means though, be careful!

  7. - set up a video camera that records on motion.

    - trade your car in for a new one with a new set of keys.

    - check to see if your car is where it should be every hour, if it's       missing, call the police with a stolen car report.

    - buy a steering wheel lock so they can't drive the car.  $20

    good luck!  Hope those help

  8. Is it a new car?  If so the car key doesn't work as a traditional key, there is a computer chips in the key that turns the car on it.  You can't copy that!

Perhaps somebody is stealing your gas?  With high gas prices more and more people are doing this.  Buy a lockable gas cap and see if that helps.

  9. get a pet tarantula and leave him in the car, cage open, at night.

doubt your car will be taken.

Get an aftermarket alarm for the car.  The 'stalker' will open the door and activate the alarm.  Take picutes of him or her running from the car.

    Or just move

  10. Uggggggg get a club for the steering wheel.

    Uggggggg chage the locks

Uggggggg place a camera on your car.

and if you are truelly worried you should just stay up and watch your car

    Its all common sense

  11. Videotape is great evidence.

  12. Car door locks can be changed just like house locks, so you could take your car to a garage and get that done.  Then, look into moving.
