My stereo is closing ....opening and turning off and on by itself....any idea whats wrong with it???

its also sending a surge to the sub which is indicated by a thump

  1. check the batteries in the remote.


  2. check the fuse , also does it have a remote ?

  3. Could you tell us what model stereo it is? I love people who suggest checking the fuse, what the h**l would that have to do with this?
