Is there any kind of headset anttenna or good antenna that helps with the reception problems with the stilletto?

  1. I have an INNO, which is the same as a Stilleto only for XM.  I have reception problems whenever I am in certain areas of the country (not near a fairly big city).  So if you are not in an area that has terrestrial repeaters you'd have a weak signal anyway.  That coupled with a canopy of trees (or a tent) would probably be why you can't pick up a signal.

I have a really hard time in Western NC when I'm visiting my family.  If my INNO is out of its docking cradle it just won't pick up - between the weak terrestrial signals and all the trees and hills I have to keep it in its cradle to get a reliable signal.  Just one of many reason I'm glad I live in a large city now.

  2. If this is a serious Sirius question (and I always like to give the benefit of the doubt) it depends on where you are geographically located, how you've got your antenna arranged and what the tent is made of.

A serious Sirius question like this might be better answered by Sirius tech support at www.sirius.com.
