My stimulis check was stolen?

My stimulis check was stolen by Virtual Homes Realty in Palm Coast Florida. Is there anyone here that can give me some advice as to what I can Do? Maybe even a lawyer might know a helpful answer. Me and my family are being thrown in the street because these people lied in court sworn documents that we never gave them any money when I signed over my stimulis check for six hundred dollars to them . Now they have the six hundred dollars as well as another 1400 dollar and we have nothing and are now going to be in the streets because these thieves lied in a court of law and tho we have proof they lied since we couldnt find an attorny the court doesnt even care what the truth is. How is it stolen when you signed it over? Not to mention that legal fees to purse this will easily cost more than the $2,000 you’re out.

BTW, never post your e-mail address in a public forum unless you really enjoy spam. You can set up your YA profile to allow users to contact you without seeing your e-mail address.

You could probably call of the IRS and get a check record pulled on it.   They could probably tell you when it was cashed, and on what account.   The government will receive the cancelled check eventually.
