  1. Did you get a letter saying it would be mailed 6/13, or just get that from the published schedule?  There could be a number of reasons why you wouldn't get it if you just looked at the general schedule.  But if you got a letter specifying that date, or got the info from the website where's my stimulus payment where you key in your ss# and some other info, then you should have it by now - or with luck, will in the next couple days, assuming your address hasn't changed and it wasn't taken for something you owe like back taxes, back child support or defaulted student loans.

  2. I have not called the IRS but I'm in the same situation as you. I received my letter from the IRS on June 13th.. I thought I would get my rebate check within a few days. Still today, I have not received it. Everyone else that I know has recently gotten theirs. My last 4 digits are 44...

I recently moved... I did do a change of address with the US Postal.. However, I did not do a change of address with the IRS because I heard it'll take up to 4-6 weeks until it's updated. I even asked the US Postal if they forward IRS mail and they said they forward anything unless the mail says, "Do not forward"

I did tons of research and some people say IRS mail will not be forwarded.. Some say it will.

However, my IRS letter that I received on June 13th.. It was forwarded to my new address with the yellow sticker on it. So I know that anything I receive from the IRS will get forwarded to my new address..

But for the tax rebate check.. Does it specifically state, "DO NOT FORWARD" on the envelope?

    Please help!

  3. You should wait at least another week - mail can be slow sometimes.

  4. if you owe IRS or any other federal debt you won't receive the rebate check, instead it will be applied to your debt.  You do receive a letter that gives you the amount you qualify for and when it will be mailed out but at the time the letter is issued the department that issue the letter don't know yet that the rebate is going to be offset.

If not if you don't receive it within 30 days then file Form 3911 download from the IRS website www.irs.gov; call IRS will only tell you to wait another 6 weeks and they will send you the Form 3911
