My stomach always makes a slight noise at least once every hour! It's so embarrassing! Sometimes when I'm hungry, it can be extremely loud, and sometimes when I'm not hungry at all (or just ate) it still growls! - either loud or just a small sound. But in a quiet classroom, especially in university, lecture rooms are usually really quiet, and I don't want my stomach to growl, or people would hear it and it'd be really embarrassing for me.
So I'm just wondering, is there anything I can do to solve/prevent this from happening?
I've tried eating different things & also more food before, but it still growls so often :(
